Thank you for choosing to partner with our agency. We do not simply book trips; we architect comprehensive, high-value portfolios. Managing a premium luxury cruise over an extended timeline requires meticulous asset protection, complex logistical synchronization, an dedicated advocacy.
To maintain the absolute integrity of our design process and ensure uncompromised access to the world's finest travel inventory, our agency operates under structured Two-Part Professional Agreement Model and adheres to strict scheduling windows.
The Integrity of Time: Our Planning Windows
Premium luxury travel requires long-lead execution. Securing prime stateroom configurations (especially critical for matching consecutive, back-to-back itineraries), premium air routing (domestic, regional, and international), and exclusive private shore experiences and other elements requires time.
The Optimum Window
(14 to 18 Months to Departure)
This is our standard curation window. It provides the highest availability of premium inventory, maximum leverage for exclusive supplier amenities, and seamless coordination of all supporting logistics.
The Restrictive Window
(7 to 10 Months to Departure)
Requests initiated within this window are subject to an executive review prior to onboarding. At this stage, depleted inventory and tightened capacity for private logistics mean we are managing compromises. An expedited design surcharge may apply.
The Closed Window
(Within 6 Months of Departure)
To preserve our commitment to existing clients and ensure our strict standards of quality, we do not accept new curation requests within 6 months of departure.

How We Work: The Two-Part Process
To ensure absolute transparency, our relationship is managed through two distinct operational checkpoints:
Phase 1: The Planning & Design Agreement
Before we review live inventory or contact our premium supplier partners, we execute our Planning & Design Agreement and process your selected tier fee. This fee retains our specialized intellect, market relationships, and design hours. Once your custom travel portfolio options are researched, finalized, and presented, this phase is complete and the fee is considered full earned.
Phase 2: The Booking & Management Agreement
Upon your selection of the ideal itinerary, we transition to execution. We execute your Booking & Management Agreement concurrently with your first supplier deposit/payment. This document governs the ongoing, months long administration of your trip - including financial tracking, deadline management, documents preparation, and dedicated pre-departure coordination.
Compliance & Onboarding Protocol
To protect client data integrity and maintain our standard of bespoke service, R. P. Hardie Cruise & Travel strictly adheres to an encrypted digital onboarding framework.

Consultation Scheduling: Virtual design sessions, Zoom briefings, and phone consultations are reserved exclusively for verified profiles after a completed inquiry form has been reviewed by our office.
