Stage 2: The Strategic Alignment & Retainer

Once we review your Blueprint and confirm alignment, we schedule a 1-on-1 consultation and formalize our working partnership with our planning retainer. This secures our dedicated time and activates our complete advocacy on your behalf.

Stage 3: Curation Behind Closed Doors

This is where the heavy lifting happens. We retreat to our workshop to build your customized portfolio: evaluating shipboard culinary programs, vetting Reserve Collection and premium staterooms for optimal placement, arranging private shore connections, and eliminating logistical friction before you ever leave home.

Stage 4: Flawless Execution & Concierge Advocacy

You receive your finished Voyage Portfolio in full detail. From the moment you put down your deposit to the day you disembark, you have a single direct advocate watching your back, monitoring schedule adjustments, and ensuring you are pampered every mile of the way.
